Please make your application on this form. If your application is accepted, please send the full remittance to: Music In The Park, c/o Cassie Pinnells, Thame Town Hall, High Street, Thame OX9 3DP (cheques payable to: Thame Town Council).

The event encourages stalls associated with musical activities such as workshops to play instruments, tutu’s, face painting, funny hats, t-shirts, craft tents and refreshments.

There are two standard pitch sizes are available, either a 3 metre or 6 metre frontage. All pitches are 4.5 metres deep (unless agreed otherwise at the time of booking with Thame Town Council).

Music in the Park date is Sunday 13 May 2012, 12.00pm to 9pm. The closing date for all stall bookings is 30 April 2012

• Details of public liability insurance, trading licenses, risk assessments and food hygiene certificates (if relevant) will be required to go with this application
• Please note that the entrance to Elms Park is via Park Street, there is maximum width of 3 metres for vehicles
• Set up times for stalls between 8am and 11am. Breakdown is from 9pm
• One trading vehicle can stay on site
• Stalls are open grass sites and are subject to availability at time of booking – no
  services, gazebo, table or furniture supplied
